Flamingo leggings

Well, for Young FlickM3 here is a pic of the Flamingo leggings.as I said I am saving them for my week 9 runs. Nearly there and I’m sure I could run for 30 minutes now but after so long on the IC I am not risking overdoing it.

Can’t wait to get back to it now. My next run tomorrow is 25 mins so won’t be long now .😀🤞

Well I have jumped forward a week or so as I was supposed to run for 25 mins today (wk6r3) but carried on for 30. Just felt so good I didn’t want to stop so I will do a few more 30 min runs before I push on to B210K again. Will break out the flamingoes for the next run I think.

But it is SOOOO good to be back, can’t stop grinning 😁😁😁
