Because I didn’t want any chocolate my lovely fella bought me some Cookie Monster leggings for Easter instead. The best thing though is that they are a size 14..... yes they are stretchy and they are pretty near their limit at the moment but they are a size 14 and I am in them!!! My size 18-20 leggings have gone in the bin. So in a very happy state of mind I set out to run 6k, took it gently and made it all the way without stopping (apart from crossing the road once but that doesn’t count!). Felling good about stepping back up to 7k next week.... and this time I will run it all without a stop.

Well done. Nothing like seeing physical shrinking via clothes. I’ve gone in 3 notches on my belt. The shrinking waistline and body also means you are obviously carrying less weight overall which naturally makes running easier. And the easier the running gets the more you want to go which turns into a lovely happy and healthy circle.

What a lovely fella you’ve got. And well done to you for avoiding chocolate too. As you progress on b210k, you will notice the difference to your body. Or if you don’t notice, people who haven’t seen you for a while will. Go girl 🏃‍♀️
