Great work in January all those active days have you really ready for alternate days running. Iβve been mostly doing that since c25k life is easy, itβs either a run day or notπ€£ happy running π€
It definitely makes life easier. I've always been worried about injuries. Also, before these crazy times, I would swim on a rest day. There's nothing to do now except put one foot in front of the other.
I clocked up over 250km last month by alternating walk and run days - really feel like Iβm beating lockdown π€£
