Since starting running nearly two years ago, I've built up very gradually. This is the first time I've decided to run every other day. So far, no injuries. 🀞

Great work in January all those active days have you really ready for alternate days running. I’ve been mostly doing that since c25k life is easy, it’s either a run day or not🀣 happy running πŸ€—

It definitely makes life easier. I've always been worried about injuries. Also, before these crazy times, I would swim on a rest day. There's nothing to do now except put one foot in front of the other.

I clocked up over 250km last month by alternating walk and run days - really feel like I’m beating lockdown 🀣

That's fantastic! It makes my 130km look positively lazy. Wait, do you mean just running, or running and walking together?

🀣🀣 no running and walking on alternate days, 132 for runs. You're doing grand

It's great isn't it to be outdoors so much at this time of year.
