10k Done get in

In just over a year I've completed c25k, did my 25th parkrun last weekend and guess what tonight I was going to do 7k but I carried on and I've completed my first 10k

What are your plans now? It’s probably worth rejoining your 10k plan at the point where you went a bit rogue (exactly as I did!!) and finishing the runs. If you build your distance too quickly, you can put yourself at greater risk of an injury. That’s for thinking about later though-celebrations are due now!
