10K!

Went out on Saturday and managed 10K thanks to Juju’s Magic Plan! I didn’t pace myself properly and ran the first half too fast, so the final couple of km were a struggle. Also accidentally ran through a puddle halfway through so had to carry on with a soggy foot! But I did 10K! So pleased to have done it! 🥳💪 Now, what next?!

Brilliant work, cracking time for your 1st 10k. If that's your 1st puddle you are so lucky, I've been running with wet muddy feet for weeks 🤣 Get some miles under your feet by consolidating with a combination of shorter and 10k runs while you decide on next target - monthly distance target, personal bests, 10 miles. Your choice. Happy running 🤗

Thank you! Haha had been a while since I hit a puddle (it was deeper than I thought!) Thank you for this advice, not sure what to go for at the moment. Definitely overdue a run this week after my weekend accomplishment! 😊

I've been totalling Km's each month- over 100km every month bar January. It's a great way to keep interest going while you work on other area as every run counts. Then when toycstart doing longer runs you reach your target quicker. 🤗
