So I was doing my second 9km run following the ju-ju plan but I was feeling so good, I was breathing slowly, my legs were fine, I thought I should stick to the plan but when I got to 9km I just couldn't stop and completed 10 km I can't believe in may I couldn't run and now I'm here!!
I will do my 9km run this week instead of the 10k (I love a plan, and I love to complete each step, and I know I won't feel good if I don't tick it off), but now I know I can do it. To everyone following the plan, it works!!!

Congratulations on completing your first 10K, that was like me as well, I only intended to run a 9K the following week, however, my app didn't tell me at the 9K point and so I continued on to 10K.

Know what you mean, today it was meant to be 50 mins on ju ju so I thought slow 6k ??? I was quite a way from home and the app said 5k and 45 mins. I had a Long way to go but I felt good so 15 mins and 2k later I got home. Boom. Itβs funny we do not accidentally run a shorter run. π€
I'm going to finish Ju-Ju's plan, even if i don't do it in the right order... Consolidation, Xmas, and... i want to run a half marathon next year, but maybe i will go for 10 miles first, or try to get a bit faster 5k... don't know! there are so many possibilities
Well done you! It's such a brilliant milestone (km-stone?!), bet you feel on top of the world now! I ran my first ever 10km last week and I am still buzzing. π
