Hi Oldgirlruns, I hope you are feeling better after being on the IC for a short time, I notice, like me, you are also doing the Cape of Good Hope Challenge, a little bit of running and walking as well, I am now over 200 Kilometers in walking and around 56K in runs, walking and running through Siberia was quite an experience -45C is very cold.

I lost my dad to heard disease and it's a scary thing! I got an ECG a couple years back and they said my heart seemed fine π€π» but I decided I was gonna get fit and not chance it long term.
I don't claim be be fit yet but certainly a lot better than I was when I started running 6-7 months ago π
