I got dressed in my running gear this morning , drove to work , saw a couple of people then started out , didnβt really want to do it , ran along the river where Iβve been before but the path blocked so up onto the road, followed a guy jogging along bit older than me so thought βIβll keep him in my sights βhe stopped and I said to him you canβt stop Iβm following you π€£ he then proceeded to tell me he runs for hundreds of miles , across Spain , Italy and said heβd run a bit with me then said heβd stick with me and back to work to complete a 10k and he did!! A lovely man! He said itβs a huge achievement and it is ! He also said I have good form and keep it up βΊοΈ So there you go I just need to keep it up , the last 2 k I couldnβt stop smiling
