Weird. My left hand keeps going numb on a run which it hasn’t before.
That happened to me a couple of times too when I was racking up the distance.Who knew you use your arms so much when you run🤷
Tension while you're running maybe, clenched and determined to go faster? Something that would be easy to check and correct in future if it turns out you are holding unnecessary tension.
I've had this a lot! Especially during C25K my legs felt fine but my arms were dead tired! I put it down to a combination of me being too stiff in my upper body + my lack of upper body strength. Also when I was building up to the HM distance my arms would be the ones bearing the brunt.
I'm not sure for you though starting randomly. Maybe a change in form?
