Achy legs but getting faster

So ran another 5k this morning. First 5-7 mins felt awful but made myself keep moving. I have a bit of an achy top right thigh since my muddy parkrun but it gets better the further I run. Checked my finish time and had a PB of 33:46 😊. Also another run to add to the Vitality World Cup Running UK team. Never thought this running malarkey would be for me but I think I’m starting to enjoy it - how strange 🤔

Well done Mands50 on running 33.46PB 5K this morning despite feeling a little achy, that does happen sometimes, any pain goes as the run progresses, that will add more kilometres overall on the amount that the HU Vitality Running World Cup total, after this weekend the total should be high as several members on the HU team are running Half Marathons.

Brilliant- how do you find out how GB team is doing. I can find my stats on the app but not the UK team?

Go to the Vitality Running World Cup Website, Register, click on the 3 horizontal lines button at the top of the right of the page, click Login, then again click the 3 horizontal line button, go to teams, click members, the list will appear, at the moment, Ju Ju is at the top with 58.79Km ran, I am at No. 45 with 20K ran, I ran just over 6K this morning.

I can only see teams on the website- not showing members 🙁

But if you click or tap on the word members that then shows the full list of all the Healthunlocked team.

There’s no members option at all to tap - it’s not the end of the world because I can see how the Uk team as a whole is doing.

They are at No. 3, so that is in Bronze Medal Position.🥉
