I can’t help it I’m still running with my fists clenched and my arms across in front of me instead of by the side of be. Does anybody else run like this?

No, but I do clench my shoulders... I have to consciously try and lower them. You will get there too!

When I started I had to make a concerted effort to have my arms in the correct position and not clench my fist. It worked though, as incomes naturally now, thanks to Laura and her nagging/ guidance ;-)

there's good reasons for these things. Get into good habits so you make life easier for yourself. Relax and you might unclench those fists. Think “pocket to socket” with your arm swing Not across your body. 🙂👍

Perhaps you can get one of those bigger doggy lampshades strapped to your front? 😸
