Nailed it!

Managed my first 10k this morning and it feels amazing! Not the fastest at 1:17 but I went deliberately slowly in the beginning, met a couple of seriously evil hills and still kept enough in the tank to run the last 1.5k at my 5k pace so I was pretty chuffed overall. And my 5 year old presented me with a medal when I got home. Now off to enjoy a big fat lunch to replace the 750 calories I burnt 😊 happy running everyone!
