You're so organised and motivated - I am losing it at the moment, was keeping up with walking at least but it is pouring down and not conducive to going anywhere.
Well I have my wobble-moments. Hope you find your mojo. Making my own plan really helped me as I realised there is still so much in the runner world I would like to explore. So it might be about understanding what aspects motivate you and seeking out things (apps, gadgets, clothing, clubs, runs, routes) that tie into that motivation.
But I can feel how in winter it really gets hard.
If you’re walking, not sure if a fun walking app might help. As I don’t walk, and really only manage to do my runs and workouts, I haven’t tried any apps yet but there is a walk tracking app that also tells a story.
