W1 D1 ✔️ The replies to this post will represent my record of progress. Please ignore if you have read the real thing and be patient with my neediness of having to keep a record to keep me running on.
W1 D3 ✔️ Laura‘s NHS Strength and Flex 30 min workout.
As it looked like a sunny dawn, I headed out to the garden. Lovely fog coming off the fields. Chicken nowhere to be seen, so either sleeping late or 🦊 😳
And this workout feels easy after the 40min Wakeup-workout on day 1, so good choice for that midweek recovery. (Also has only 10 bench dips rather than 50😳)
W1 D5✔️? Another round of NHS Wake-Up Workout was due, but somehow the audio stopped working before I even started. (I’m using a web browser on a PS4 to make this work).
By the time I fiddled with all sorts of settings, the clock had been ticking away and by then I only had 40 min for a workout, before shower and heading of to work.
Rather then having the kefuffle of setting up laptop or iPhone, I switched to YouTube and did two 10min cardio workouts from Pahla B Fitness.
Not 100% satisfied with that, but it’ll have to do. Pahla B is ok, and I like her as she is one of the few fitness instruct in my age group. She also focussed on indoor running oriented exercises. So good, but boy do I not like it when my ever-so-perfectly designed plan goes pear shaped because of a small technical glitch!
W1 D6 ✔️ Short run today as I did a long run D1. Drill instructor did not show up😤 but default Kat did. 😚 will need to change 📝 instructions to say long run can be any in week.
