Enjoyed Week 2 of Ju-Ju's Magic Running Plan :-)

Hi everyone,

I have put together a little collage of a couple of my runs from Week 2 of ju-ju- 's Magic Running plan, and I really enjoyed it.

Run 1 - I did my shorter run, and did the intervals for the first time - and I enjoyed them. I did my planks and 15 squats.

Run 2 - 39 mins of cliff-path running, followed by the planks and then 15 squats.

Run 3 - 39 minutes of cliff-path running, followed by the planks and then 20 squats.

I've noticed a difference in my core already - I feel stronger.

My 'treat' for this week was a delicious Crab Sandwich in a café - and it was delicious!

I'm looking forward to Week 3.

That’s a lovely collage, well done on week 2 and best wishes for week 3. Jujus plan is magic!

Thanks JaoJao - I'm really glad I signed up for it, it's helped me keep going, and I am hoping to stay the course to the end, all being well. :-)

I’m sure we will, I feel very accountable to the plan when I saw my name on the spreadsheet, but I like the preparation posts at the start of the week too, they are so informative and give us all we need to make it a good week x

Great collage Zest ! Well done on your runs!

I did my 3 runs also (but not as scenic as yours!).

I'm doing the longest run first each week and the shortest run at the end and it seems to be working for me so far.

It's great to have a goal (although I think my phone is not accurately recording the distance, so it's a good job I'm doing the timed runs!).

Here's to a good week of running ahead... ☀️
