Ju-Ju-βs Magic 10K Plan - Week 6

I had an awful nights sleep last night, awake every hour or so π΄ so this morning I couldnβt focus my brain to choose a playlist for my run πββοΈ I was undecided on my goals and therefore couldnβt decide on the soundtrack!
I thought thatβs itβs been a fair while since Iβve heard Lauraβs voice! And I could really do with an empowering ear worm today to push me through - virtual company but company nonetheless!
So I opted for the C25K Week 9 podcast. Thinking it would be good to compare and contrast my progress since graduating at the end of July when I hit 5K in 30mins.
A chilled run - not pushing for PBβs as this is a recovery run. But Iβm super happy that Iβve shaved over 2 whole minutes off my graduation time! Not at all bad for a medium effort jog! Canβt help but compare how my body feels after the run now compared to July - such a positive difference! πββοΈ
Now, my shins are a bit sore today so Iβm going to reward myself with two consecutive days rest before attempting the 9K run to finish the week.
