Hi all, I went for a jog (straight after getting home from work) around the local roads and into Croydon earlier. π everything seemed to go ok. I was taking it slowly and steadily after the niggle I picked up a couple of weeks ago. π
My 5K came to an end close to a wine bar where Iβm quite well known π so popped in for some water and refreshments π Purely coincidental of course π

Great idea with the wine bar too! When I had an abortive attempt at getting fit a few years back, I used to go walking, and end up at the bacon buttie van
