Hi all, hopefully JuJu will let me off for running a 10K a week earlier than planned! π It took me 1 hr 14min at 7:29/km but time and pace werenβt important today π Iβll do 4K and 5K this week then 4/5/10K on holiday next week ππ to finish off the plan π
The main thing is Iβve achieved 10K before my 55th birthday π next week so I think Iβm entitled to celebrate in style now πΎπ₯π
