Most of you will know I love running in the rain. But there was no rain today as it was sunny with a bit of a breeze. I decided to run my favourite route of home to Drumpellier lochs where parkrun is held.
The reason I love this route is by the time I get to the end even if its a rainy day there are always people around and of course all the swans , ducks etc . Its just a lovely place to be.
The watch buzzed at 10k and i could stop. Got home uploaded the run and got a 10kpb of 59.34, so I'm pleased with that.
Happy running allπ€π€

I love 10k runs! Time to settle in and relax! Mine take a lot longer than 59 minutes (amazing time), but I just say to myself that it's longer to rnjoy the run! π
Yes Roxdog I think that's my favourite distance. Never thought i would say that 2 years agoπ
This is so epic! You must be chuffed as nuts! Well done Buddy πππππ PB's are always special but for longer distances like 10k it can be hard to do but you did it! Awesome time and you have got the Zoom factor. Love it π
Congratulations to you Buddy34 on running TO Drumpelliier with a PB 10K time of 59.34, yet another 6 miles onto your Lejog distance. π A great achievement to get a sub 60 minutes 10K. πββοΈ
Fantastic Buddy, what a beautiful place to run, love your photos, very well done on your PB, π€
Congratulations on your 10k PB Buddy! The photos are fantastic. What a beautiful place to run; no wonder it is a favourite route. And, a whale tail π³ ! Gorgeous.
what a great run you had and a PB, too! Less than an hour! Not sure if Iβll ever manage that, Iβm such a slowcoach, well done to you. ππππ
Well done you! A beautiful day, what looks like a lovely place to run and a pb! I've really enjoyed watching your progress over the last year, very inspirational π
Hmmm... some days all feels great, other days not so great. But the physio did warn me of that. It's just frustrating.. 10k seems a distant memory now!! Thank you for asking π
I've arranged to go out with my running club this evening - keep looking out of the window and seeing the rain hammering down and thinking what have I done!
Well done - that's a great time! I'll need to remember Drumpellier park; I haven't been there in ages (& I've never run there). Tried Strathclyde park once & it was SO boring (& way too much goose crap to dodge π€’). That looks much better.
Hello, that is Buddy he's just over 4 years old . He looks so cute but don't let that fool youπ€£ . He is my second JRT and as you know a very lively breed πΆ
