Frustrating day = wee pb

So after a very frustrating day, which was one of those days that you come home and eat all round you and do nothing kind of day. Nope I went and seen my granda, got fed, on way up the road decided right ill go for a run, came up with I'll do the 4k route. Then I drove through a monsoon of rain which sorta changed my mind. Eventually got home and the air was that lovely fresh feel after thunder and lighting had been. so I got changed and away I went and low and behold a wee pb for my 4k. I haven't done a 4k pace like this in well over 18mnths. So my frustrating day is now a smiling evenning. 😁. Sorry about the long winded build up
