Feeling chuffed. 😅 wasn’t intended, just kept going. Am on week 6 of magic plan though my shorter runs have been a bit longer than the plan says - but I set out to do 35 min run with the Nike headspace podcast (soothing music and love yourself’ type commentary without using those words !!) and I decided to love myself a little more and get this week’s long run out of the way now so I can take it easy on Tuesday 😂.
So I’ll continue with the plan - means I can go back to 55 mins next week if I want - and gradually shift to the distance one.
And my shoes have been great (3rd or 4th time running in them now and no repeat of the first run’s slight discomfort).
Hurrah ! Sticky toffee pudding here I come !
