So pleased I braved the wind and rain this morning to do this run! I’ve been basically following Ju-ju’s plan, tweaking the increase in time and distance each week - and this morning’s 60 minute run took me to just shy of 8K, so I pushed for another minute to achieve this double!!
It wasn’t the most pleasant of runs, but I felt fantastic when I arrived home, soaking and bedraggled!! I’m feeling much more confident now about the 10K race I’ve signed up for in May.
Happy running everyone!

Stellar effort Cazza. Running in bad weather adds that extra bit of enjoyment, once you have finished anyway! Like diving into a cold pool...you are ok after the shock of the first couple of seconds. 10k in May is easily within your grasp👊👊
