60 mins done slowly πŸ˜‡

Today I finished Ju Ju’s 60min plan. It has been great, I had some amazing runs and some not so great ones along the way. Especially happy to have gone out today to finish this week, have hurt my back, bad posture! Typical WFH mistake, was unable to go out on Friday but decided to get out there today in the rain and cold. A slow run but it’s a good feeling that it’s done in 8 weeks as planned. Now I am going to start on the distance part of this plan, I have done an 8 K in week 6, I know it’s achievable.

Thank you to all you inspiring people out there. I don’t post much but I do read comments/ stories most days πŸ™

Congratulations ! But I’m intrigued - how is 60 mins slow ? Does a slow 60 mins take longer than a fast 60mins ?!?! 😜

Celebrate your achievement !! πŸ₯³

Hahaha you are spot on! It’s the distance 7km that was slow, i thought but you are right again I need to celebrate 60mins that I had set out to do, thanks 🌷

Well done for running non-stop for a whole hour, it's brilliant and a long time to be on your feet. You can definitely do the 10k, enjoy your journey getting there but make sure you celebrate this achievement too as it is brilliant. Just remember when those first 60 second runs seemed so tough, now you can run for 60 minutes, brilliant πŸŽ‰πŸŽŠπŸ₯³πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ‘πŸ’ͺ🍾πŸ₯‚

Thanks, I did run nonstop for 60mins. I really need to remember that and enjoy the moment. Although given my bad back I am in a bit of discomfort tonight, legs not happy either.

I will celebrate my 60 min though, thanks again for reminding πŸ™

Hope to see you at the 10k goal post in a few weeks time 😍
