Hiya,

After having not run for a week due to the weather (too hot), the temperature felt cooler this morning (18 degrees - still warm enough to make me sweat). Went out at 10 am, 2 hours after my breakfast, wearing a thin shirt and shorts.

My goal was 90 minutes or 10K or when I tire, whatever came first. Unfortunately 2 minutes in my run I got an annoying feeling of having to go to the (big) toilet. The feeling never left me, only got worse.

Running with squeezed buttocks is not a lot of fun, so I decided to cut my run short at 60 minutes to quickly scamper home to the little room.

I feel a bit disappointed that I did not get to 90 minutes, but 60 minutes is of course nice too. Better luck next time!

Cheers, Evy

It's a good run Evy ! Especially as it's your first for a week , so would be happy with it rather than disappointed .

And better safe than sorry

Sorry would have been a very nasty run πŸ˜‚

I've also had "the urge to purge" whilst out running, especially if I was over-exerting myself.

Part of this morning's faffage before my run this morning was trying to make sure I wouldn't have that feeling during the run.

You did a full hour after a week's break. Celebrate that. πŸ‘

True, 60 minutes also used to be a lot in the past. I should not dismiss it so easily ☺

I think under the circumstances that was a very successful run! It could have been a lot worse in so many ways πŸ˜†. Well done! You’ll nail that 90 minutes next time. All the best! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Must be hard squeezing your buttocks for 60 mins if you need to β€œGO” to the little girls room whilst running. Must try that tomorrow walking. Well done anyway on another 10 km especially it was still quite warm . πŸ˜ƒ

No 10K unfortunately. Just 60 mins at a snaily pace coming to 6,5 km. But it was another 60 mins with extra exercise πŸ˜‚
