After having not run for a week due to the weather (too hot), the temperature felt cooler this morning (18 degrees - still warm enough to make me sweat). Went out at 10 am, 2 hours after my breakfast, wearing a thin shirt and shorts.
My goal was 90 minutes or 10K or when I tire, whatever came first. Unfortunately 2 minutes in my run I got an annoying feeling of having to go to the (big) toilet. The feeling never left me, only got worse.
Running with squeezed buttocks is not a lot of fun, so I decided to cut my run short at 60 minutes to quickly scamper home to the little room.
I feel a bit disappointed that I did not get to 90 minutes, but 60 minutes is of course nice too. Better luck next time!
I think under the circumstances that was a very successful run! It could have been a lot worse in so many ways π. Well done! Youβll nail that 90 minutes next time. All the best! πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
Must be hard squeezing your buttocks for 60 mins if you need to βGOβ to the little girls room whilst running. Must try that tomorrow walking. Well done anyway on another 10 km especially it was still quite warm . π
Running with squeezed buttocks is definitely no fun so you did the right thing in cutting it short BS! And 60 minutes is pretty good going after not running for a week so well done you!
