Stubbed toe ouch!!!!

Great run and sorry you've hurt yourself. I did it about 2 months ago, I kicked the bathroom door and strangely enough it was one toe that got it all swollen and bruised . Hurt when I walked but not when running. Rest up and i hope you're back running soon🤗

Think your legs are telling you they're too tired to pick your feet up ! I'm sure they'll appreciate a couple of days off. Still, good that you completed your run though.

Have a good break. I'm sure you'll feel refreshed and revived when you return. I always enjoy the first run after a few days off.

Ouch indeed, poor you. Hope the pain subsides quickly so you can get back to lots of happy running 🤗

Ouch. I feel for you. I stubbed my pinky toe 3 weeks ago against the leg of my bed. Oh the pain. I thought I’d broken it. You’ll be fine in 4 days. It heals fast. Take your shoes off in your home. Get well soon.

Ooh ouch Scruff55! I hope there’s nothing broken! I’m sure you’ll be out there running again soon!
