Mudita11 and I ran Southampton parkrun last year, then on 1st February we tailwalked Lowestoft, so progression from here of course is to get the rest of the compass challenge.
This Saturday we are meeting up with cheekychipmunks and running Eastville parkrun, then will make a plan for Great Yarmouth north beach 😁, so if anyone's nearby enough please join us, we will be going for breakfast after.

I hadn’t heard of it so I’ve just looked on Google maps. It’s about 45 miles away so not too far. Sadly I was just away last weekend doing a London based park run and have promised friends I’ll be at my local one on Saturday. Hope it goes well for you!

Sadly it’ll be the B course SueAppleRun . It’s still a picturesque course, even though it’s in the middle of the city, but unfortunately the gorgeous lake (with resident heron) is out of action for PR due to a fallen tree a while ago.
It had blocked the path entirely, but now it’s been moved a little to allow walkers and a few runners to pass, but not enough to accommodate the stampede that Eastville often attracts! Plus there are birds nesting in the tree now so they can’t move the tree further until they’ve gone!
That won’t stop us having fun though! 🥰
Ah the good old B course. I remember that long incline very well. Bagged my East in Eastville parkrun and met some lovely VRB’s from here too including Cheeky, Dexy, UTS and a couple of others. I’ve West, East and South done. I still need to grab a North.
