It was all going so well this morning until I tripped and tried to out run it without success and ended up in a heap in the park much to the concern of a passing dog walker.. probably thinking crazy lady! Ah well I’d nearly finished my run but think will have a bruised rib and will be a bit achy for a few days.. oh the joys of πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ˜‚

As long as you're ok that's the main thing. Your running will be waiting for you. 😊😊

Sorry about your fall this morning, just take it easy now for a few days until it completely heals, no running then after it heals, go on another run, this time, make sure you don't fall.

Oh man! My empathies! I did the same thing, tripped and continued on to finish a 6 k morning run. Next 3 days I was extremely sore on the side I fell! Removed some of the feeling of invincibility I had. I recommend a foam roller and/or a massage for the achy ribs.

Thanks for the advice .. can’t really understand why I tripped as it was only a little dip in the path but maybe my concentration was with Ken Bruce and Popmaster at the time πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
