Finally made 10k!

Graduated from couch to 5k in March then struggled with running due to a sore neck. Did a few months of walking and then slowly crept back to being able to do 5k. In a short space of time I managed to get that to 10k. Feeling pretty good!

Oh I remember 46 - many years ago🤣 your doing great. Remember you dont need to run every one at race pace, you should still function for the rest of the day🤗
