Hello – it’s been some time since I last posted on Health Unlocked. I started my running
journey (C25K) on 7 January 2016 & since C25K graduation in March 2016, I have run at least 5k twice a week, stepping up the distance slowly over time. After running in the cold, rain, snow, blazing sun, biting wind, many good runs, a lot of hard runs, exhausting many a playlist along the way, I finally completed the B210K on 7 March 2018 and since then I have racked up quite a few further 10ks. The heat is slowing me down a bit this month so I thought I’d check in and read a few posts to get a bit of inspiration and I’m glad I did! Some lovely posts which had me chuckling but mainly reminded me of all the people out there, like me, who just keep at it

Hello NewLadyRunner, we’ve not met before. I graduated c25k in May and am sitting on the bridge just getting on with running 3 times a week to keep fit and trying to go a bit quicker at Parkrun. Its nice to hear that past graduates are still running.
Hi Anto_Now_Runs great journey you’re still on! I graduated C25k in May and B210k 2 weeks ago. I’ve just run my 3rd 10K. 😊 I couldn’t have done it without all the lovely people on this forum.
Welcome back and hope you keep posting about your inward journey. 🙌🏼
Hi Anto_Now_Runs thanks for sharing your update, I hope I will be continuing to knock out the 5 and 10ks in a couple of years time, getting there is one thing, keeping it going is in a different league 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💪💪💪
