I’m training for my first 10k in May. I completed couch to 5k last year, and haven’t really pushed it since then. Tonight I ran for 53 minutes without stopping, a total of 7.2km!! Still a while to go but feeling more positive now
Any tips for training programs for those gradually going from 5k to 10k?

The plan Buddy34 mentioned is great. Like c25k it takes you gradually from 5 to 10 while reducing the risk of injury which may come from rushing things. Theres a lovely mix of distances which allows you to experiment with speed and routes. Happy running
Oooo so close Poppins! 👏👏 If you run a similar route each time, soon you’ll be able to envisage where the 10k mark is. I found that when I reached 8k and it really helped.
