10K in the bag!

I haven't posted in a couple of weeks in the frantic run up to a race! Thanks to those for saying I could get to 10K a little differently than any plan would get you! I got stuck at 5k thanks to a sinus infection & was only back on the running legs 4weeks ago. Easter week I ran 8k/5k/9k then took a break for a week then a pre-race 5k last wed. I ran Brighton 10K this weekend in a decent time for me! Just need to keep it up!
