I was all mixed up this week and have only done 1 run on the treadmill and haven't been outside for a run since last Sundays 10km. I decided to go this morning and do 10km instead of tomorrow and all was going well until about 6.5km and a large hill which i decided to walk up and that was that my go had gone and I couldn't get back into running, my legs ached and it was so humid i ended up walking the rest of the way home. so i have done 9.6km but 3 of those were walking. I had a chance to take in the view though.

Well done getting out there regardless FtoF. It was super humid wasn’t it, and I don’t blame you for walking the hill. Still a great effort though. Brilliant. 👏👏👏
