I was all mixed up this week and have only done 1 run on the treadmill and haven't been outside for a run since last Sundays 10km. I decided to go this morning and do 10km instead of tomorrow and all was going well until about 6.5km and a large hill which i decided to walk up and that was that my go had gone and I couldn't get back into running, my legs ached and it was so humid i ended up walking the rest of the way home. so i have done 9.6km but 3 of those were walking. I had a chance to take in the view though.

Well done getting out there regardless FtoF. It was super humid wasn’t it, and I don’t blame you for walking the hill. Still a great effort though. Brilliant. 👏👏👏

6.6k is still good. Sometimes this just happens. Take pride in what you did. 😁😇

Great 6k, the hill and humidity were just there to allow you time to take a photo to allow us to see your wonderful view - thank you. Happy running 🤗
Good distance still in each outing even if it didn't feel so. You've come a long way!
