Did W1R1 of Bridge to 10km today. I decided to use the shorter distance to run intervals so I actually listened to W1R1 of C25K and did jog/sprint intervals rather than walk/run, which worked really well! I did 2.5km in 16:17, at a pace of 6:29/km, and felt very set up for my busy day at work afterwards. Really looking forward to the 10km journey!

Well done! I do one jog/sprint intervals run a week and feel a benefit from doing them.

Oh yes! W1 of C25k is a fav of mine for doing just that! I always find it funny that I thought I was dying when doing this for real…and now it’s just a bit of fun!
