Time for another go at the 10km plan

So I’ve just completed my 3rd 5km run of the week and really starting to enjoy running again, so think it’s about time I have another go at the 10km plan.

After completing C25k nearly a year ago, I moved on to the 10k plan but for one reason or another fell out of love with running and quit around week 2. I then hardly ran at all for the last 3 months of 2019.

But, I’ve managed to get myself motivated again this year, and been running 3 times a week consistently for the last few months.

I think I’ll finish May off with another 3x5km next week, and then start the 10km plan in June.

Determined to nail it this time.

Go for it!

I took a few attempts to get to 10K, I just couldn't get past weeks 2 or 3.

Then I decided to just add 1km to one run each week, using the Audiofuel Polyrunner with the 10 minute segments. That worked for me.

But I still mostly run 5 to 8km three times a week, with the occasional foray to 9 or 10km.

Thanks. I was considering just adding 1km a week to my weekend run, but will try stick to the 8 week plan to start with and see how I go.
