Well after struggling with hip/thigh problem and taking time off, this week I have managed a3.5k a 4K and today a 7.25k. Took them all slowly and although still aching a bit I am so glad to be back. I never thought I would miss running so much. Hoping next week I can go a bit further and eventually get back to my 10k.

Great effort this week, try not to push yourself too far too fast. Happy pain free running 🤗

Great that you're back running, and you're wise to go slowly at first.

Well done, and great that you are easing in gently again
Well done. It is such a buzz to run free, I never take it for granted as being injured is always a blow. You've had a really positive week of running. Long may it continue.

So great to see you back running Womangolfer and you're taking it slowly. I'm sure you'll be back to 10k soon. 😊😊
