I think that's how I managed to do it, reduced my pace and concentrated on doing one kilometer at a time. I'm a bit achy today, but that's a price worth paying! 😊
Gentle stretching and maybe a walk. Keep those fluids up too!

I can still see it. There's a glitch from time to time. Remember you can't see it on the Apple app either. It's definitely there though 👍🏻

Did my first 60 minute run on 27/03/20. Can’t quite believed I did it. Plan now is to keep going and see if I can’t stretch it to gradually increase distance and aim for 10k 😄

No, your c25k graduate badge only shows on the c25k board, this is bridge to 10 so you'll only see b210k badges here 😁 if you pop over to c25k you'll still see your graduate one 😉

I have been doing 60 pretty regularly of late and did 75 this morning.
As long as I stick to the advice given by a forum moderator re negative splits, it just gets easier.

You've already got your 10k, which usually is seen as one up from the 60min, sadly you can't have both at once, it's one or the other, I can swap you to 60min if you prefer...?
