Last Saturday I set out to do a wet and windy 7km forestry run, but I came across a neighbouring farmer whose 5 ponies had bolted away from one of her pups into the trees. I helped out in the search and was so occupied that 10km whizzed by with ease!
Hi Roseabi, I got through 60 minutes today, 1:00:40 to be exact lol. That was what NRC said, Garmin said 1:11:24, the difference is my warm up/cool down walks
Hiya, I've been a regular browser here since I first took up the C25K in April 2020. Even though I've since graduated, and then run both 10k and for 60 mins, I still com here for advice and motivation, although I've only posted once! So, I wouldn't mind a badge if there's one going, whatever you think most appropriate. Ta!

Hi Roseabi, may I please have a 60min badge? Getting there wasn't easy, I almost thought 60min could be over my limit. NOT! I think I will try 10k after all 😁. For now I'd like to enjoy shining 60min badge. Thank you😊
I completed my first 10k in a (I hope respectable) 1hr and 5 minutes this weekend. Didn’t think I would get there when I started C25k almost exactly a year ago, but I made it! And the first few km are still the worst ones 😀
Hi Roseabi, I would like to claim my 10k badge please. I've completed a few 10k's, although the one that stands out for me is the Shrewsbury 10k last August. Not a particularly blistering performance, 1hour 18minutes, but I did it!
