Who's worried about achieving 10k I'm not, you've just run for 60 minutes 1 whole hour, 2 episodes of coronation Street or even get this.......

Me and my dog, Winnie, did a 10km trail run this morning - it was pretty hilly and more like 11km, and it took us an hour and a half, but we did it!

Hi - I would love my badge please. On 10th April I completed the Brighton 10k in 76 minutes. It was a personal challenge I had set myself (having been a 5k runner up till now) - I trained for 6 weeks and then achieved it in a quicker time than I had predicted!! Am feeling very chuffed with myself!! 😀

Hi, I did a 10K run today. Was on JJMP and starting on week 6. As usual tried to get the long run out of the way first and ended up running 10K instead of 9.Do I still get a badge ?
