If you're wondering where you would like your running to take you next, thereβs lots of great advice here, take a peek:
Just run my first 10k in 67mins. Started C25K last summer and would never have believed this possible at my old age. I have been spurred on in the last couple of weeks by joining COGH. Amazing feeling of success. Look forward to seeing my badge. ππββοΈ
Good morning damienair, I just ran for 1 hour and I'm quite frankly amazed! About 15 weeks ago I started the whole C25K thing and cannot get over how supportive and knowledgeable everyone I've interacted with has been on these forums. Thanks for the continued advice and support! Could I also have a badge please? π
Hello and huge congratulations. Yes I totally agree. These forums are a very special place full of sincerity and support. The nicest people run. You'll see that when you enter your first race and you'll definitely see it at parkrun when it starts back. You have done amazingly well considering you only started 15 weeks ago, very well done. New badge for you and Happy running.
I ran my first 10k last Sunday π 1h10min, it felt incredible. My previous longest distance was 6k. I have no idea why I didn't feel the need to stop. It was a perfect run for me π
Hello and very well done. So sorry it has taken me almost a day to respond. New badge for you. Great running and that was a nice surprise. Nice pace too for your first 10K. Congratulations.
Congratulations and very well done on your 10k. Great running. My first 10k was 1 hour and 20 minutes, so you comfortably beat me. Happy running and new badge.
Hi I have completed couch to 5K and have gone on to run longer distances and on 13th December I completed my first 10K. Could I therefore have my badge please Thanks

Hello, Iβve done my first 10k this morning. Just feeling so thrilled and over the moon. With huge, huge thanks to this amazing community and the team that help it all tick. It would never have happened without you all. Whoβd have thought it? Me. Capable of running 10k! And enjoying it too!
Hello all! Well I've got to 60 minutes This afternoon in the sunshine. Didn't get make 10k (got 5 miles in) so looking for that nextSo excited for my badge! many thanks dameinair
I unexpectedly ran my 60 minutes earlier this month. Unplanned, as my weekly longer run has so far only been around 50 mins, but it was such a lovely day and I was enjoying listening to the skylarks as I ran along a farm track that I ended up running 7.8k in 60 mins. Very pleased with that.Next goal is to gradually run fir longer to reach 10k
