Hope all is good and the running is going well!?
I hope the weather is not hindering your runs too much.
Please leave your user name here for me, so I can give you your well deserved 10k Graduation badge.
I will try not to leave you waiting too long, as I know how great it feels, when the badge arrives.

Hi RFC, may I please have a 10k badge. Have been bad and moved from 5k to 10k in a month. Feeling naughty and smug at same time
Thank you.

Hi. I completed a 10K this weekend around Derby city centre
It was a charity run and the first in my home town
I was incredibly proud and surprised at completing it without walking at all and finishing in 1.02.13.
I am now going to consolidate for a while or until I am given another challenge
Thank you for your help and support to get me to this point. Never thought I’d be able to do it

Can I have one of those 10K badges please?
Hi RFC, after spending 7 weeks building up at 9K and then going down with a heavy cold, I finally ran 10K on Friday in 57 minutes.

Congratulations and well done, glad you managed to shake off your cold. Rfc x

Hi, Completed my first 10k yesterday (10.3k in 1 :08) after miscalculating my run the week before when I frustratingly ran 9.8k.
Rarely post on this forum but obsessively read it everyday. Really inspiring.
Thank you

Hi RFC, please can I also have a Graduate 10 badge? I completed C25K nearly 2 years ago and I’m pleased to say I have continued to run 1-2 times a week since then. Always on my own, as not had the courage to join a park run as I’m very slow. But smiling away happily as I jog along admiring the views, waving to other runners and humming along to music or the stamina podcast. My aim initially post C25K was to be able to just go out and run 5K without thinking about it. Moving on to do the same with 10K. I’ve done 10K a few times over the last year but they were not comfortable. This week I ran 10K with a spring in my step, slow as usual, but I felt that this was now the real thing and warranted the badge.
I don’t post as I am a little shy, but I read the posts. So thank you to those that do post as they make me smile and I am part of the family. Running has made a big difference to my life and I will be forever grateful to the special people who run and manage the forums, mentors and fellow runners.
I am treating myself to a new pair of shoes as the soles are now running thin. I shall continue to slowly jog with a challenge of being able to cope with hills (try to avoid as I struggle currently).
Many thanks to you all! HW

Ran my first 10k yesterday. Quite proud of my little self, when I think that this time last year I couldn't run at all! ... and who'd have thought I would be getting up at 6am on my day off to do it!
