I’m going to claim my 10k as I earned it this week. Stupidly skipped from 8k to 10k last week and ran too fast. Repeated 10k again this week much slower and no twinges this time so I’d say I’ve actually earned it now by doing it right. Still did it in just under 62 minutes mind but a lot more sustainable (and less injury risking) than last week’s 58 minutes.
Hi, I completed another 10k today and I keep forgetting to ask for my 10k graduate badge. My 10k time is just under 64 mins so does that mean I get 60 min badge also ? Thanks.

Ooopppssss. Sorry. I thought you were joking and saying that you ran 5K twice in a row to make up 10K. I will give you back the 10K badge when you get to 10K. You can request your badge on the C25K forum. Congratulations on your C25K graduation.

Sorry. Not sure what happened there. I’ve just reinstated your well earned badge. Sometimes there can be a difference between spotting your badge online and on the App.
I am just 2k ahead of you in the comeback stakes. Four runs without any hassle just feels amazing....we need to keep it up. I have opted for keeping the pace down....anything to avoid a return to the dreaded IC. It sounds as though you are doing brilliantly 👏👏👏👏
