This was on BBC website this morning. I hope I haven’t infringed any copyright, but I’m intrigued to know how many VRBs run like this. 🥴

I saw that photo, too. She looks as if she's jumping across a beck or something. I definitely don't look like that, even trying to leap across an obstacle, but I would love to be able to get my legs that far apart!

Would love those legs 🤣

I think she’d need them 😁

I think generic photos of runners often look like this. It adds to the misinformation about how people are supposed to look when they run. Take this one for a start 🏃‍♀️

She looks like she's going into the splits.

On another note was just out with the dog and seen a young guy running in ' adidas samba shoes🙄

I've seen some quite odd running gear and posture this weekend. I think people have just realised it's about time they got moving because there's nothing else to do.

The injury couch will be pretty busy next week

Oh, let me have it. It's the first time I've ever been able to gloat out running. Usually, I'm beging lapped by the skinny gazelles and their ponytails 😆

Oh yes I forgot I needed to hide my pony tail from you🤣🤣

I too questioned that, looks more like a weird long jump. 🤗

I’m not sure many of us would be able to get upright again from that position.

She’s pushing hard for sure... can’t see the ground. If she inches off it it’s not ideal, looking at the back foot, she’s gonna do well to get her front foot back enough. I saw this article about running the race distance despite the race being off, and can’t help thinking this picture was staged. I’d put her in for 400m hurdle training though, powerful looking lady.

It’s a funny one for sure.....I don’t know the lady but the place is Leamington....just up the road from me. Got to be staged as you couldn’t go round that corner in a hurry as usually busy with people 🤣

🤣 I would never move again!! Would kill me off long before Corona 😂🤣

She might be in the first stage of either the long or high jump, even the triple jump.

No, I can't see how you could run like this for long. Definitely looks like she is jumping over something
