I had left enough time to catch the next one, so no drama, but I reckon if I can speed up enough to get a sub 30 mins at Parkrun I'll probably be fit enough to catch the bus too π
Aren't the NHS staff who work Saturdays fantastic. I'm very grateful.
I'll be one eyed for a bit and this explains why I've been totally exhausted for 3-4 weeks, I've had inflammation in my iris, and exhaustion is part and parcel of the condition.
I'm catching a few zzzzz now π΄

NHS staff are wonderful full stop baddie. Best country in the world if you are ill. Hope it soon clears up. A frustrating nuisance having to view the world through one eye. I hope it isnβt painful. By rights they should have issued you with an eye patch; sure they would have done if you had asked! π΄ββ οΈ ππ
I think I missed the post about you being one-eyed Baddie, but I hope all is well soon. Iβm still working on that sub 30 5k too. We will get there one day. ......π΄ββ οΈ
Oh no baddie, that doesn't sound like much fun! π Yes I totally agree about NHS staff, they have a lot to cope with these days and yet they continue to be wonderful. Hope you recover soon π
