I haven't run since Friday. I can't seem to get motivated. I'm feeling quite tired, had a few headaches and my joints in my hands and my knees feel stiff and sore. Every day I think I should try and get out there but to be honest it's so cold and wet I just don't bother, but I know it'll make me feel back on track. I can't decide whether to wait until I feel better or to grasp the nettle and just go and hope that I'll feel better when I get back.

Sorry to hear you aren’t feeling so good. Why don’t you start by going out for a walk and then just run a little if you feel like it. You might find once you are out there you will get the urge to run. Hope you feel better soon.
Would going for a few walks help?
Wear your running gear during them and maybe you will get going again.
I've decided to go out and try 20 minutes. Slowly 🙂

59er if you think it'll help perhaps try a light jog, or walk 👍 but it won't harm to rest up equally!

That mojo will be in one of your shoes and is only ever findable with your feet... try the left one first, then the right... Once both are on and laced up, it may still not be found... in this case it needs gently squeezing out of the soles and into your feet... the only way of doing this of course is to get outside and go for a nice gentle run.
