Well been trying to get back running 10 k again. Due to weather and being in my mid seventies I haven't been out much. Last week I did a 6.5 k with a lot of problems mainly my head telling me to stop. Yesterday I went out to do 3 k and at 3k I convinced myself to do another k this went on tiĺl Igot to 10k including an elevation gain of 55 meters.Result! and only 6 mins more than my best last year of 1hr 11. So giving myself a good talking too has made my Mojo come back, I will now nail it to the floor so it can't run away again.
