Thought this was interesting and good to see her plugging C25K and Parkrun. I hadn't heard of the Beat Beethoven thing - could be a bit of fun!

Great article! I’d read about the beat Beethoven thing, but way above my level 😆 But there’s plenty of people on here that could easily do it, and it’s a great cause!
It is interesting Debston but I don't think I could listen to that music🤣🤣
I have a recording of Symphony No. 5 by Beethoven, that CD performance lasts 36 minutes.
36 minutes would be a new pb for me - my best ever time at parkrun was 37:33. Hmmm, maybe should include the orchestra tuning up to add on a bit of extra time?!
Yes indeed Debston, before the orchestra would play the symphony, they tune up for around 7 minutes causing an almighty din, you could use that as part of your run, it's up to the conductor how fast the tempo is, for that beat Beethoven 5 I have a funny feeling that whoever conducts it for the 5K run, he will cut the performance down to 30 minutes.
Beethoven's 5th for a 5K 🏃🏾 run
Da da da dah😂
I’ve been running to Beethoven after I saw an article a couple of weeks ago.I’ run over the time but it’s pretty uplifting when you’re running and it made a change from my normal play list. I also found it took my mind away from distractions in my head! 🎧🎼🎻
I like to run to music Debston - I hate hearing myself breathe if there isn’t any music!!! Now off to do 5k as part of this weeks plan & VWCR
