Ache behind knee

I've been completing 5-7k runs 3 times per week for about 8 months since completing C25K. I've started to get an ache and soreness in my tendon behind my knee. I normally stretch before and after a run. Warm up/warm down walk before and after. Has anybody got any tips to try and resolve this please?

I saw a physio about knee pain a while ago and she got me to spend time standing on one leg, and really supporting your weight from your glutes. I also try to think about my glutes when I'm running so that I don't collapse into my knees and ankles.

I'd go see a physio. It may be co.ing from hip/groin/lowerback or just leg itself. If you can find a good sports physio rather than a general physio. Good luck
