Mine used to be my shoes, but now I love my new running jacket. My son, of course, prefers his Liverpool training top. How about you?

Me.... x
I must confess I am very attached to my buff 😊
I ask with some trepidation: what's a buff?
Best thing ever..stops drips...snow hail..pull it up over your nose..tuck it under your hat..wear it as a hat..list goes on...

My 5k t-shirt, I did the race 3 days after graduating c25k. Would be even nicer if it wasn't both too big and fluorescent yellow but I'm proud to have run that race with 1600 others only 9 weeks after W1D1 .

I think like Mummycav I feel different the minute I put all my running gear on . It's as if you go into runner mode . If that makes sense 🤗

My favorite bit of running kit is my red parkrun 50 milestone T-Shirt. I’m very proud of it and went through such a personal transformation journey to earn it.
Next would be my running shorts, Garmin Forerunner 35 watch and running shoes.

I am in awe of everyone who's earnt those parkrun t-shirts. I've only run 5 and volunteered three times so far as I can't do it every week because of taking my youngest to football.

My new shoes! I think the low drop has cured my knee issues! Hokas 😍

Your son is pretty cool! I like him 😎
I love my leggings with loads of pockets around the waistband and one down the side of each leg. This means I don’t need a bum bag for my phone.
Also my shock absorber bra which immediately put a stop to my back pain.
Oh and my Aftershokz bone conductor headphones so I can hear what’s going on around me.
I suppose I should say everting then as I also love my cap, which means my glasses get less wet when running. 😂
I’ve slowly got that kit that really works for me and makes my running easier.
My wireless earbuds, when they work.
Lovely that you & your son run together😊 My favourite bit is just getting out there 👣👣👣

I think I like my Ron Hill cargo run capri's best. They are wearing out though and no replacement is available. They have a great big expanding pocket across the back and two side slide pockets for cramming all sorts in. I prefer to travel light but on a longer run i have my phone, door key and food to tote. The 150 ml soft flasks fit down each leg if it's a run when drink is required
I am gutted that they've stopped making them and I can't find a pair anywhere
