Following a post I read on here I’ve decided to build up to 10K using Realfoodieclubs 10K plan. Today was day one 9 minutes running 1 minute walking x4. The last 9 minutes was a bit tough but I enjoyed the challenge onwards Nd upwards

That is brilliant work DottyF ...some of the runs will feel easier and some will feel harder, don't forget each new day brings its own trials and feelings just as everyday life does and you will approach each run differently...just like you did in C25k...and you cracked that didn't you? well done xx
