Hello everyone!

After my half marathon I had a few weeks off with my feet, then sprained my ankle and just as that has gotten better I’ve been hit with a huge chest infection which is a week and counting...

I just want to get running again!!! 😭😭😭😭

Keep the faith Becky - you will soon be back out there! My running has been pretty sporadic over the last few weeks too, due to a bad back and then sinusitis (which I am now recovered from - hooray!) Fingers crossed, you'll be back out running soon too!🤞🙂

Congratulations on your HM. I hope you feel better soon so you can get out running. Good luck and get well soon 😊😊

And you will when your body tells you it’s ready! Chest infections are horrible - look after yourself and I hope you’re back out there soon!

Oh, that’s bad luck after a HM triumph. 😕 But Don’t mess with a chest infection. Take all the recovery time you need, or it will come back with a vengeance. Best of fb luck for a quick recovery. 👍

Poor you, bad things come in 3s they say so that's your share for the time being. Hope you are soon on the road to recovery.

I am so sorry Becky. I sprained my ankle last year before I even started running and it can wipe you out from full mobility for a few weeks. Take it easy, the doc provides some

Physio which can aid your recovery so do look at those.

Oh no! That's really tough. Look after yourself and get properly better so you can really enjoy it when you're back out there. Take care and hopefully you'll be 100% again very soon.

Oh no Becky, how disappointing for you!

Defo the best place for you to be though, chest infections aren't to be messed with, take it easy and hope you feel better soon 👍🤞
